Econ Min says to include tax changes, trade wars in 6-yr forecast
MINSK, Jun 19 (PRIME) -- The Russian Economic Development Ministry is working on a new social economic development forecast for the next six years, which will include tax policy changes and the foreign markets situation, Minister Maxim Oreshkin told reporters on Tuesday.
“The forecast is being revised. A whole set of measures has been announced by the government, we are in fact working on reflecting its influence on the figures, on the dynamics of inflation, on the economic growth rate,” Oreshkin said.
“Big events are happening in the world, connected with the trade war, with strengthening of the U.S. dollar, weakening of currencies of the emerging states. Everything will surely be reflected in the new version of the forecast for the next six years, which we will prepare,” he said.
